Fibertex Nonwovens announces price adjustments due to the ongoing developments in the Middle East

The ongoing developments in the Middle East have already caused significant disruptions in global logistics, transportation, and supply chains. It is the general expectation that the impact in terms of increases in raw materials, transportation, and energy will continue evolving at extraordinary high levels in the foreseeable future.

Fibertex Nonwovens can no longer absorb the full extent of these unprecedented increases and will implement price increases, as well as relevant surcharges. The combined effect of increases and surcharges will range between 15% to 25% depending on product category and geographical region.

Fibertex will regularly review the surcharges at a global business level, in order to ensure that they are adjusted to real-time movements on a monthly basis.
