Fibertex Nonwovens acquires the Turkish nonwovens manufacturer Ribatek.
 
Fibertex Nonwovens increases its ownership interest in Fibertex South Africa to 74.2% and the manufacturing capacity with an investment in a state-of-the-art production line.

Fibertex acquires the American nonwovens producer Fibertex Nonwovens (formerly Non Woven Solutions) based in Ingleside, north of Chicago.

2011

Fibertex Industrial Nonwovens and Fibertex Personal Care are split into two independent legal entities with effect from 1 January 2011. The new company name for Fibertex Industrial Nonwovens is Fibertex Nonwovens A/S. Fibertex Nonwovens acquires the French nonwovens manufacturer Tharreau Industries, now Fibertex Nonwovens S.A.S.
