Fibertex  is very focused on attracting professionally capable and dedicated staff with a positive attitude. Recruitment of administrative staff and production workers is based on structured interviews and tests. 

How we handle applications for advertised jobs

Assessment of applications

We confirm the receipt of all applications by e-mail or mail. After the application deadline all applications will be assessed by the relevant manager. 

The applicants who best match the job profile will be invited to an interview. The following process may vary depending on the job.

Usually a number of applicants are invited to preliminary inter-views. Those who are assessed to be best suited for the job, personally and professionally, will be invited to a second inter-view. This interview includes the completion of a personality profile and will be carried out by the Human Resource Depart-ment along with the relevant manager. The job will be offered to the candidate that we find best suited for the job.

How we handle unsolicited applications 


If you apply for a job in our production, warehouse or workshop, please use our application form under 

Vacant Jobs.

We keep all applications in our candidate database for six months. When we need production workers, we invite candidates from the database to job interviews.


If you apply for a job in administration, please send an application and your cv by e-mail or mail.  We confirm the receipt of all applications and keep them in our candidate database for six months. If a vacancy arises which matches your profile, we will invite you to a job interview and personality profile.
