Sales Manager

Are you a Sales Manager with a strong commercial mind-set and deep technical knowledge? Do you want to be part of a World Class Organization producing innovative nonwoven products? Then you might be the Sales Manager we are looking for at Fibertex Nonwovens Inc.

Fibertex Nonwovens is growing its North American business within several market segments. We are looking for an individual with experience within the Filtration Market, but also someone who can support in other business segments.

The position will be assigned to Fibertex Nonwovens Inc. in Ingleside, IL, but can be home office based with at least a week / month at either location in Ingleside or Gray Court, SC.

Job and key responsibilities

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to commercialization.
  • Executing sales & marketing strategy.
  • Delivery of yearly sales & margin targets.
  • New customer development (Identify, develop, and secure new business with potential customers).
  • Developing new business with existing customers.
  • Providing commercial and technical support to existing and future customers.  
  • Developing superior technical solutions.
  • No restrictions with travel.
  • Working in close cooperation with the North American team as well as a team of international experienced nonwovens specialists.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of nonwovens, with an emphasis in both needle punch and spunlace fabrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to include listening, influencing, consulting, and presenting.
  • Business-to-Business sales experience, with knowledge of the Filtration Industry a must.

The ideal candidate should have passion for generating new sales and growing existing accounts. Have an outgoing personality, and be able to establish and build strong relations with the customers. The right person has a deep interest in understanding customer needs and delivering new products and technical solutions. A strong drive to perform and ensure high quality and development of strong solutions is critical in this role.
