Fibertex design and calculation tool

To help designers and installers in the general use and choice of geotextiles, the Fibertex design methods are used in small calculation tools. The tools can be used as guidelines in the choice and specification of geotextiles. The results of the calculations should always be evaluated by qualified engineer in order to ensure that project specific requirements are fulfilled.

Due to different national specifications, quality certifications and design guidelines, the grades and characteristics required may be different in the different countries. In that case these requirements supersede the requirements calculated using methods from this note and the calculation tools used.
