Quality Policy

Fibertex’s policy is to develop, produce and deliver high quality products and be a reliable and
responsible supplier. That is why Fibertex has prepared a quality policy to be implemented at
all levels within the organisation:

By introducing Quality management according to ISO 9001:2000,
we will strive:

Continual improvement
To strengthen our competitiveness and maintain and improve our quality performance by systematically working on continual improvement and preventive and corrective actions. Input on continual improvement could come from Fibertex’s management, employees at all levels, customers or other interested parties.

Customers
To be highly focused on customers and continuously enhance customer satisfaction by meeting agreed customer requirements, providing the necessary resources and implementing the follow-up measurements needed.
To insist on a unique profile and a high level of customer service as regards new technology, development of products and applications and day-to-day business, including product quality, flexibility and delivery.

Training
To
ensure that employees performing work that affects product quality and company efficiency are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience.

Communication
To ensure that employees at all levels have easy and clear access to policies and objectives and to the instructions necessary for each employee.
To communicate openly with authorities, customers, employees and other interested parties who wish to know about the company’s quality activities.
To make our quality policy available to the public and visible internally in the organisation.

Product safety
To
deliver our products in such a way that the application of them is without any risk to the end user.

Suppliers
To let our potential and existing suppliers’ and sub-suppliers’ ability to enter into an open and close partnership about environmentally friendly solutions be an important criterion in the selection of such suppliers and sub-suppliers.

Authorities
To comply – as a minimum – with relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
